Dr. Groff graduated from Union College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then left her hometown of St. Johnsville, NY for Davenport, Iowa to attend the first and largest chiropractic college, Palmer College of Chiropractic. There she obtained a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Groff Opened Active & Well Family Chiropractic in September 2002 and has since had the privilege of serving thousands of area residents of all ages, ranging from newborns through elderly.
Dr. Groff is married to Gloversville Fire Chief Tom Groff and resides in Northville. Together they have five children: MacKenzie, Callyn, and Kerrigan Groff, and Jacob and Elizabeth Campione.
In her time off, Dr. Groff enjoys being outside through activities such as hiking, boating, skiing, tennis, pickle ball, and gardening.
Dr. Groff has wanted to pursue a career in chiropractic since the age of 14. Helping patients not only improve their symptoms but overall health is important to her. By providing information about chiropractic, nutrition, exercise and other natural healthcare options, she looks to empower as many people as possible to make better lifestyle choices and embrace health and overall wellness.
